| Please read each item description carefully before adding to cart. All monogram choices must be made and typed into the Monogram Detail box BEFORE you add to cart. Otherwise it will not show up on your order form. Please add your FULL name and we will arrange them in the proper monogram order. All monogrammed or custom items are FINAL. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be allowed unless we have made a mistake.

| You may request something special that is not necessarily listed on the item. You must contact us before hand with your request to make sure it is possible and if there will be additional costs involved.

| We carry over 200 thread color choices. We will do our best to color match your item for you. If you would prefer a certain color, you must indicate it in the Monogram Detail box before adding to cart. Describe the color the best you can and we will do our best to choose the color nearest your description but we cannot guarantee an exact match to anything.
